Simple healthy tips when Ramadan fasting


Ramadhan 1437 H soon arrived in a matter of days. In that month, all the Muslims around the world implement their obligations of fasting, withstand thirst and hunger from sunrise to sunset. People who fast during Ramadhan should be the person who actually healthy physically and mentally. Fasting is actually a chance for a healthy life, we will reduce the habit of eating, smoking, snacking, etc.

One of the most health when fasting we must consider is the health of the stomach. The role of the stomach is very important at the time of fasting because the stomach would work not as usual, because at the time of fasting the stomach will be empty without food and drink intake. For those who have problems with stomach acid or stomach ulcers, you should be the treatment to control your stomach acid. All efforts must be prepared to keep us healthy. Although we must also believe that Ramadhan fasting makes us more healthy.

Activities such as usually must still be done, such as sport, but the sport is done while fasting course in accordance with the current situation of fasting, or in the course of time, suppose that we can exercise two hours after we break the fast. Sports that I did when fasting just by lifting weights only in moderation and I do after tarawih prayers so that the muscles do not feel stiff, it is quite helpful.

Usually, when fasting we always feel sleepy at certain hours, try to sleep sufficiently about 1 hour. If most sleep while fasting, the head will feel a headache. Doing all the activities of spirituality in the time of fasting, such as reading holy verses of Al-Quran.

At the time of breaking of the fast arrived, the first thing we must do is to drink a glass of warm water. Keep in mind not to drink cold water/ice for the first intake, it is not good for the stomach, because stomach condition when it is not stable yet, try to drink a glass of warm water, and it is recommended to drink a glass of sweet tea. In Islam, it is recommended to break the fast with sweet foods, such as palm fruit and healthy drinks at the time of breaking of the fast. I used to eat rice after tarawih prayers.

Goodbye Friend, may God give you a beautiful place there. My friend named Jacky, I became friends with them is almost 20 years, Jacky a good friend, understanding, and compassionate. I was feeling lost because he is my team in playing music, he is a drummer who has great skill while I played guitar in a band we formed about 15 years ago. On 9 September 2015, at the age of 30 years, my friend Jacky died due to liver disease which he suffered was almost 2 years old. Routine treatment always did. However, another God wills, even though he routine treatment, but still decisive destiny, Jacky had to sleep forever.

You need to know, liver disease occurs because of eating too many foods that are processed and condensed inorganic and starchy foods, sugars, fat, and meat. Alcoholic beverages such as Beer and others can cause liver disease. For people affected by liver should avoid fatty foods or foods that are fried. Also, avoid foods sweet, such as chocolate and cream because many contain foam. Suggested for liver disease to consume a little olive oil raw. In addition to the consumption of olive oil, it is also advisable to consume whole grains and fruits like bananas and apricots. tubers such foods are baked or boiled is also good for liver disease.

Here are some of causes liver disease that you need to avoid, and very important for us to share with anyone who is close in our lives. One of which is :

The unique way in my family to stop a hiccups


You've had the hiccups? yeah if it happens to be very annoying. Hiccups usually occur when we eat large meals, drinking soft drinks or alcoholic, temperature changes abruptly and feeling overly excited or extremely depressed is a common cause of hiccups. Hiccups will stop about 10 minutes, but there are also experiencing a hiccup in the long time, it was due to an injury and irritation of the vagus or phrenic nerve that serves to control the movements of the diaphragm. Examples eardrum irritation, irritation or a sore throat.

But there is something unique in my family, if one of the family hit a hiccup, there is a way to stop of a sudden, perhaps this is the tradition of our ancestors who handed down until now. If you paid attention this way is quite unique and strange, without using any drinks or food, but only with a word, it looks strange. But I think this is a suggestion only, which can make people stop hiccups of a sudden. Here's the Story:

At the time, my younger sister hit the hiccups long enough, about 20 minutes. Then, my father called her and invited to speak as if the conversation is very important. Of course, my sister shocked because suddenly father asked to talk about more important things to my sister. Finally, there was a dialogue between my young sister and my father. More details of all that my father say to my sister it scenario only, unconsciously, my sister had been invited to playacting by my father but my sister taking them seriously, so that my sister was surprised at the time were having hiccups. And does not realize that the hiccups had stopped. Here's the dialogue between my father and my sister:
  • Father : Hana (Calling my sister)
  • Sister : Yes dad
  • Father : Come here a minute, I want to ask something to you. It is very important, come here girl
  • Sister : Alright dad (with a shocked tone accompanied with hiccuping)
  • Father : I want to ask you something, whether right! You always wasteful use of money.
  • Sister : (shocked) who is speaking to you like that, thats all not true, please believe to me, dad (whilst hiccuping)
  • Father : I heard, at the school you like to spend money for something that is not important, why does not be set aside any of your money for other purposes which do you think is more important.
  • Sister : Believe me dad I does not do that, (while crying with hiccups that almost healed)
  • Father : (Smiles, then ask), how about your hiccuping right now, whether it has stop now?
  • Sister : What do you mean dad? (Talk and feel the hiccuping are gone)
  • Father : Forget about that, I just kidding, I believe to you, you are good girl, The most important your hiccuping had stopped, do you feel comfortable now?
  • Sister : (Confused, and felt that she has been deceived by her father, and know its purpose, to removing the hiccups that have happened to her, that she does not realize at all)
That's the story, it's just the experience alone in my family, while I have not previously had a wife and children, while I was still living with both parents and seven sisters. Hopefully entertained with my story, and hopefully useful, thank you very much.

Hypertension can also occured to the children
