How to prevent premature aging (anti-aging)
Day by day a human age continues to grow, more and continue to grow our age, the more changes that happen to us. Changes must be highly visible on the skin, the skin will dry up and wrinkled. Aging and skin changes must happen in every human being when certain ages. But, if skin changes occur not in time, this indicates a health problem has occurred.
The problem is often referred to as premature aging or a skin condition that is aging, but not in time. It happens, because unhealthy habits, such as lack of sleep, stress, a habit of always being in the air-cooled room is too long, exposed to air pollution and solar radiation can become a cause of aging on the skin.
The advice from experts, to avoid premature aging is to avoid these things, and also by consuming some foods that can maintain healthy skin, so you avoid the problem of premature aging. Please find the foods below, to prevent premature aging.
The first is the fruit of avocado, this is my favorite fruit, and it could be a very fresh drink if processed into the avocado juice. On Avocado fruits contain a lot of Vitamin E and antioxidants to nourish the prevention of oxidative damage in the body. If you regularly consume avocado, then the body can fight the free radicals and prevent damage to the collagen in your skin.
The second is the green algae, these plants can live in fresh and salt water, in this plant contains a lot of nutrients to help care for the skin. Green algae contain antioxidants and anti-aging, and rich in beta-carotene and vitamin C.
The third is red grapes. besides delicious, the fruit can also help you to take care of the skin, because it contains resveratrol or chemical compounds and antioxidants, supposedly said, resveratrol can make people live longer. The study also said that resveratrol demonstrates the great potential for protection against aging of the heart organ.
The salmon fishing is very important in the world of health care, many health problems can be overcome with this type of meal. As you know, Salmon contains omega3, unsaturated fats are very good for the human body. You need to know, Omega 3 has an important role for healthy skin to help prevent dry skin and premature aging.
That's a few tips from some of my experience of reading, in addition to the above types of foods you can also consume Turmeric, which is a spice that can be helpful in treating skin health and avoid anti-aging. Watermelon fruit can also help to avoid premature aging because it contains the antioxidant lycopene, which has strong properties to fight premature aging.
