You're pregnant? but would like to keep fasting?


A pregnant woman is advised to not fasting, and can replace it in the other months after the month of Ramadan. However, many pregnant women are still fasting in Ramadan, with a note, the condition of pregnancy in a healthy state. Note a few things that must be done, for pregnant women who fasting. As you know, the rise in blood sugar levels can make pregnant women feel more tired. You need to know, protein intake is needed for pregnant women who fasting. You can get protein from foods such as nuts, meat, fish, and eggs are cooked. Eat during suhoor time or breaking of the fast.
