How to quit smoking in my experience
One year ago I was a heavy smoker, within one day I could spend only two packs of cigarettes. But it was a year ago, now I've stopped smoking, I could stope smoking beyond my expectations. In the past, I don't intend to stop smoking, but there is a desire to stop smoking. I believe out of there are many smokers who want to stop smoking, but it is very difficult to do.
Through in this article, I will share how I can stop smoking very quickly. You certainly know that smoking is not good for health, even smoking can cause death. But things like that had been ignored by the smokers on this earth, they are even fun with a cigarette in their mouth, and without them knowing cigarettes have damaged lungs and their heart.
At that time I was working at night, my habit when night work is certainly to be accompanied by smoking and a cup of coffee. But the next night I worked was not accompanied with a cup of coffee, so that night I ran out of stock of coffee, and in the pantry I was just a bottle of milk. Then I think it's OK because smoking is not going to taste good without drinks such as coffee and more, with whole milk might make uncomfortable when smoking.
I try to smoke while drinking whole milk, until a few cigarettes, but it feels distinctly different than smoke with a cup of coffee. It felt strange when smoke accompanied by drinking milk, but I did several times, so I could be comfortable when smoking.
Night had run out of time, now has been replaced with the morning. That morning, my mouth was still want to smoke, but only accompanied by milk. I try to burn a cigarette, but there was something strange I feel, the taste of cigarettes has been different from the usual, it was strange, and I decided to put out the cigarette and drinking mineral water. So, I went to bed because I did not sleep all night long because of work at night.
After I sleep pretty soundly, I woke up at 12 am, mouth and tongue tasted bitter, and I went to brush my teeth and wash up. Moments later felt hungry and hurried over to the table to eat, and a lunch prepared by my wife. Lunch was delicious, thank you, my wife.
Then after eating I feel of wanting to smoke, and I picked up a cigarette, and lit it, but what I feel, I do not feel pleasure when smoking, even bad taste, and feel like throwing up. It's not as usually happens. Then I think to make a cup of coffee because my wife had to buy coffee at the shop next to the house. The coffee is ready to drink, and as usual, I tried to light a cigarette accompanied by coffee. But what I feel, a coffee and a cigarette now different taste, what happened to me ?.
After that, I decided to put out the cigarette in my hand, but after a while a sense of wanting to smoke come again, maybe I've been addicted to smoking. As usual, I lit a cigarette, but still bad tasted. I think maybe I have to change the brand of cigarettes, and I decided to buy cigarettes with other brands, I tried to smoke with a new brand, but still it felt even more strange, I was throwing that cigarette, all in vain, my money wasted.
After a few days, I could reduce smoking, even when smoking was endless, only a few of my own suction turn off the cigarette. Day by day like that, even in a day I could not smoke at all, I think this is incredible, what causes it so that I could stop smoking. Eventually, now I was able to quit smoking, and thinking, maybe cause I quit smoking is at the moment I smoke accompanied by drinking whole milk, at the time I was night working. And whole milk that's why I was able to quit smoking.
I am happy with what happened to me, maybe this is the will of god, thank god. That was my experience, why I can quit smoking, maybe you can try as I experienced it, the joy when not smoking, breathing feels relieved, inhaling the air feels good, and of course now I can save my money that I used to use to buy cigarettes , it is very fantastic numbers after collection. I could buy a motorcycle from the savings amounts of money for one year.
I am very grateful, thank god, goodbye cigarettes, I could forget you forever, amen. Remember smoking can cause cancer, heart attacks, impotence, disorders of pregnancy, and fetal damage
