Simple healthy tips when Ramadan fasting


Ramadhan 1437 H soon arrived in a matter of days. In that month, all the Muslims around the world implement their obligations of fasting, withstand thirst and hunger from sunrise to sunset. People who fast during Ramadhan should be the person who actually healthy physically and mentally. Fasting is actually a chance for a healthy life, we will reduce the habit of eating, smoking, snacking, etc.

One of the most health when fasting we must consider is the health of the stomach. The role of the stomach is very important at the time of fasting because the stomach would work not as usual, because at the time of fasting the stomach will be empty without food and drink intake. For those who have problems with stomach acid or stomach ulcers, you should be the treatment to control your stomach acid. All efforts must be prepared to keep us healthy. Although we must also believe that Ramadhan fasting makes us more healthy.

Activities such as usually must still be done, such as sport, but the sport is done while fasting course in accordance with the current situation of fasting, or in the course of time, suppose that we can exercise two hours after we break the fast. Sports that I did when fasting just by lifting weights only in moderation and I do after tarawih prayers so that the muscles do not feel stiff, it is quite helpful.

Tips for healthy fasting, the first is suhoor time with food and drink intake is nutritious, It would be better Suhoor time with a menu of vegetables, such as chicken soup, which combined with carrots, broccoli, etc. Beverages we consume when Suhoor time should also have high nutrition, such as milk and cereals. Remember not too much to drink coffee at the suhoor time.

And at the time of fasting, of course, we still do usual activities, such as office work etc. Remember do not complain when you work because reasons of fasting. Usually, when fasting we always feel sleepy at certain hours, try to sleep sufficiently about 1 hour. If most sleep while fasting, the head will feel a headache. Doing all the activities of spirituality in the time of fasting, such as reading holy verses of Al-Quran.

At the time of breaking of the fast arrived, the first thing we must do is to drink a glass of warm water. Keep in mind not to drink cold water/ice for the first intake, it is not good for the stomach, because stomach condition when it is not stable yet, try to drink a glass of warm water, and it is recommended to drink a glass of sweet tea. In Islam, it is recommended to break the fast with sweet foods, such as palm fruit and healthy drinks at the time of breaking of the fast. I used to eat rice after tarawih prayers.
